On the northern side of Hvar Island, in the city of Jelsa, a peaceful bay Mina could become the perfect vacation home for everybody as the idea of our project was to offer more residential luxury residences. The advantage of this project is its location, lying practically on the shore, which is giving it an extraordinary beauty. The project envisages realization of ten apartment buildings.

Hvar is very well connected with closest International Airports in Split and Dubrovnik by coastal ferries and catamarans or private speedboats and there is an option to arrive directly to Hvar by helicopter. There are also international ferry lines which are direct connection with Italy.
