ABOUT THE PROJECT
The future residential project is located in the settlement of Ičići, positioned very close to the Opatija, the town on the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea, known as the leading tourist destination in Croatia for the organization of conventions. Along with festivals, concerts, exhibits, wellness and other cultural and sport events Opatija offers attractions worth visiting during the whole year.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project consists of apartments and villas with a total area of each plot 850 m² and the total gross area 330 m². The project envisages realization of 10 apartment buildings and two villas with a high standard of equipment and materials. Exterior design is predicted with a complete furnishing of all elements of horticulture and high-value autochthonous plants and various flower compositions.
